[March 12, 2025] --Marian High School is thrilled to announce the induction of Dr. Jess Deneweth Zendler ’04 into the Hall of Fame Class of 2025. A true scholar-athlete, Jess exemplified outstanding achievement both in the classroom and on the soccer field during her time at Marian.

A standout student, Jess graduated as the MHS Valedictorian and was honored as an MHSAA Scholar-Athlete, a recognition that highlighted her ability to excel academically while also making a significant impact in sports. Her leadership and skills on the soccer field were remarkable, where she was not only a key playmaker but also a leader who inspired her teammates. Jess’s dedication and passion for the game helped elevate her team’s performance during her tenure at Marian.

Her commitment to excellence carried forward as she continued her education at Washington University, where she further pursued both athletics and academics. There, she earned a PhD in Kinesiology & Mechanical Engineering, a testament to her unwavering dedication to both fields. Jess’s achievements are a reflection of the Marian spirit of excellence, and her story serves as an inspiration to future generations of Marian students.

Congratulations, Jess, on your well-deserved induction into Marian’s Hall of Fame Class of 2025! Your legacy of excellence continues to inspire those who follow in your footsteps.
