Bloomfield Hills, MI. Marian High School is proud to announce that senior Izzy Busignani has earned a spot on the prestigious MaxPreps All-America 2nd Team for her outstanding performance this season. This honor recognizes Izzy as one of the top volleyball players in the nation, following a season filled with remarkable achievements both on and off the field.

Busignani, a captain of Marian's volleyball team, was also named All Catholic, All Region, and 1st Team All-State this season. Her exceptional leadership, skills, and determination played a pivotal role in the team's impressive success. Marian finished the season with a 45-8 record, taking 2nd place in the Central Division of the Catholic League, finishing as runner-up at the CHSL Bishop Championships, and winning their District and Regional titles. The team also finished in the Top 4 in the state, capping off a remarkable season.

Izzy has been a dedicated leader, both on and off the court, and has been an integral part of Marian's success. Her ability to excel in multiple aspects of her game has truly set her apart as one of the best in the country."

Busignani's leadership on the court, paired with her skill and determination, has made her a standout student-athlete at Marian. Her contributions to the volleyball team this year were vital in their success, and she continues to inspire her teammates to reach new heights.
