Bio
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. - Alex Cocklin '10 was a dominant force in Marian athletics, earning four-time All-State honors and being named Miss Volleyball 2009. She played a key role in Marian’s exceptional 77-2 record and state championship victory in 2009, solidifying her place as one of the program’s all-time greats. During her time at Marian, Alex set remarkable school records for season and career kills, further establishing her as one of Michigan’s top volleyball players.
Following her high school success, Alex continued her volleyball career at the University of Akron, where she earned two-time All-MAC Honorable Mention recognition for her exceptional play. Her outstanding contributions to both Marian and collegiate volleyball have left a lasting legacy and continue to inspire future athletes.
